Visiting the website
This website runs on a Hetzner Online GmbH server in Germany. When you visit, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, time and requested URL is processed to deliver the site. The NOA application and its Caddy proxy keep no personal access logs for this website. The purpose is secure website delivery, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, analytics or advertising trackers. Images, fonts, styles and scripts load from our own server. External maps, social feeds and charts are not embedded. Language choice is not stored permanently.
Metal prices and calculator
Our server retrieves market data from Gold API and briefly caches it in memory. Visitor IP addresses and entered weights are not passed to Gold API. The calculator processes the weight only in your browser; your entry is neither sent to us nor stored.
Email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry. Email to office@noa-diamonds.at is processed through Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online. This website does not itself transmit messages to us.
For contract-related enquiries the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries). Enquiries are retained only while needed to handle them or to meet legal obligations.
External links and WhatsApp
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, TradingView and WhatsApp load no provider content on this website. You leave our site only when you click a link. If you use WhatsApp, the message you write is sent to WhatsApp/Meta, whose privacy information applies. Our website passes no referrer.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and, where applicable, objection. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
